With over 30 years of leadership, Chris has served 27 years as a board member and 16 years in a Fortune 500 company. He has driven performance improvements, company turnarounds, and built diverse, high-performing teams globally. Collaborative and results-driven, Chris promotes discipline, structure, and accountability. He has led top-performing teams and major infrastructure and technology projects.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, with a minor in International Business from Gonzaga University, as well as dual master’s degrees in organizational leadership and engineering in Transmission & Distribution from Gonzaga University. Additionally, he is a graduate of John C. Maxwell’s Certified Leadership Program. Chris is recognized as a Certified Project Manager and Certified Safety Professional.
He has previously been an OSHA Authorized Trainer and an MSHA Certified Miner. Over the past couple of decades, Chris has served on numerous non-profit boards and industry associations. Most recently, he held the position of Chairman of the Edison Electrical Institute’s Power and Light Taskforce for Electrical Codes and Standards.
Chris's leadership journey has helped him discover his true purpose as an authentic leader committed to organizational, personal, and professional development. He has three children, and currently resides in Union, Kentucky with his wife of over 15 years.
